भारत मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने बंगाल की खाड़ी में बने दबाव के 'अत्यंत गंभीर चक्रवाती तूफान' अर्नब में बदलने का पूर्वानुमान जताया है।
इस चक्रवात के 115 से 125 किमी प्रति घंटे की हवाओं और 140 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार के झोंकों के साथ आंध्र प्रदेश और यनाम तट पार करने की संभावना है।
आईएमडी के अनुसार, चक्रवात अर्नब का प्रभाव पिछले साल के चक्रवात मोंथा से अधिक गंभीर होने का अनुमान है।
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted that a depression over the Bay of Bengal will intensify into a very severe cyclonic storm named Cyclone Arnab.
The cyclone is expected to cross the Andhra Pradesh and Yanam coasts with wind speeds ranging from 115 kmph to 125 kmph, gusting up to 140 kmph.
