Centre Releases ₹1,09,019 Crore Advance Tax Devolution to States

केंद्र सरकार ने राज्य सरकारों को कर हस्तांतरण की अग्रिम किस्त के रूप में 1,09,019 करोड़ रुपये जारी किए हैं।
आगामी त्योहारों के मौसम को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह राशि अग्रिम किस्त के तौर पर जारी की गई है।
इस राशि का मुख्य उद्देश्य राज्यों को पूंजीगत खर्च में तेजी लाने तथा विकास और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के संचालन में मदद करना है।

The Central Government has released an advance installment of tax devolution amounting to ₹1,09,019 crore to state governments.
The funds were released early in view of the upcoming festive season across the country.
The release aims to enable state governments to accelerate capital expenditure and fund development and welfare projects.

HMT Launches 'HMT Kannadiga' Watch Collection for Karnataka

HMT ने कर्नाटक राज्य के लिए 'HMT कन्नड़िगा' (HMT Kannadiga) नाम से एक नई घड़ी श्रृंखला जारी की है।
इन घड़ियों में कन्नड़ भाषा के अंक और कन्नड़ लिपि में श्रृंखला का नाम अंकित किया गया है।
इन घड़ियों के डिजाइन में गंडाबेरुंडा (Gandabherunda) प्रतीक और पीले-लाल रंग का कन्नड़ ध्वज शामिल है।

HMT has brought out a new watch collection titled 'HMT Kannadiga' for the state of Karnataka.
The watches in this collection feature Kannada numerals and the series name written in Kannada letters.
The design incorporates regional symbols including the Gandabherunda emblem and the yellow-red Kannada flag.

'माई भारत' के 'अपने वोट को जानें' अभियान से 11,000 से अधिक युवा जुड़े

MY Bharat Engages Over 11,000 Youth via 'Know Your Vote' Campaign

'माई भारत' (MY Bharat) के ‘विकसित भारत युवा संवाद: अपने वोट को जानें’ अभियान से 11,000 से अधिक युवा जुड़े।
युवाओं को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से इस पहल के तहत कुल 62 कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया।
यह अभियान देश के 16 राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में आयोजित किया गया।

Over 11,000 youth participated in the 'Viksit Bharat Yuva Samvad: Know Your Vote' campaign organized by MY Bharat.
A total of 62 programs were conducted to engage and educate young voters under this initiative.
The campaign events were held across 16 States and Union Territories.

Application Deadline Extended for National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme

राष्ट्रीय साधन-सह-योग्यता छात्रवृत्ति योजना (NMMSS) के तहत शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि बढ़ा दी गई है।
छात्र अब इस योजना के अंतर्गत 15 नवंबर 2026 तक अपना आवेदन पत्र जमा कर सकते हैं।
यह विस्तार सत्र 2026-27 के लिए पात्र विद्यार्थियों को छात्रवृत्ति हेतु पंजीकरण पूरा करने का अवसर देता है।

The last date to submit applications under the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme for academic session 2026-27 has been extended.
The revised deadline for completing the application process is now set to 15 November 2026.
The scheme provides financial scholarship support to eligible students for the 2026-27 academic session.

केरल के गृह मंत्री चेन्निथला ने राज्य में साइबर अपराधों से निपटने के लिए एक मजबूत सुरक्षा कवच की आवश्यकता पर जोर दिया।
राज्य के 250 डिग्री कॉलेजों में साइबर डिफेंस सेंटर (Cyber Defence Centres) शुरू करने की योजना बनाई गई है।
इस पहल का उद्देश्य साइबर अपराधों के प्रति सतर्कता बढ़ाना और सुरक्षा उपायों को मजबूत करना है।

Home Minister Chennithala stated that Kerala requires a robust security shield to tackle rising cybercrimes.
Plans have been finalized to open cyber defence centres across 250 degree colleges in the state.
The initiative is designed to step up vigilance and combat cybercrime activities effectively.

संसदीय कार्य मंत्रालय ने अपने 'विशेष अभियान 6.0' (Special Campaign 6.0) का समापन किया।
यह अभियान मुख्य रूप से स्वच्छता, रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन और डिजिटल शासन (digital governance) पर केंद्रित था।
इसका उद्देश्य प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं में सुधार लाना तथा कार्यालयी स्वच्छता और रिकॉर्ड प्रबंधन को बढ़ावा देना था।

सिरोही में गुलाबगंज से माउंट आबू तक 22 किमी नई सड़क के निर्माण की योजना

New 22 km Gulabganj to Mount Abu Road Approved in Sirohi

सिरोही जिले में गुलाबगंज से माउंट आबू के बीच 22 किलोमीटर लंबा नया मार्ग बनाया जाएगा।
इस सड़क परियोजना के निर्माण पर अनुमानित 225 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आएगी।
नया मार्ग बनने से सिरोही से माउंट आबू की यात्रा दूरी घटकर 55 किलोमीटर रह जाएगी।

A new 22 km long road is planned to be constructed connecting Gulabganj to Mount Abu in Sirohi district.
The infrastructure project will be executed at an estimated cost of Rs 225 crore.
Once constructed, the new route will reduce the travel distance between Sirohi and Mount Abu to 55 km.

Rajasthan High Court Clears 2018 Teacher Recruitment Appointments for TSP Category

राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट ने शिक्षक भर्ती-2018 मामले में राज्य सरकार द्वारा दायर अपील को खारिज कर दिया है।
हाईकोर्ट के इस फैसले से टीएसपी (जनजातीय उप-योजना) श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों की नियुक्ति का मार्ग प्रशस्त हो गया है।
इस न्यायिक आदेश से टीएसपी क्षेत्र के अभ्यर्थियों की लंबित भर्ती प्रक्रिया का विवाद समाप्त हो गया है।

The court order clears the way for recruitment and appointment of eligible candidates under the Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) category.

दिवाली त्योहार के दौरान राजस्थान खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने प्रदेश भर में छापेमारी अभियान चलाया।
विभागीय टीमों ने कार्रवाई करते हुए 3,133 किलोग्राम सरसों का तेल और 209 किलोग्राम घी जब्त किया।
यह अभियान बाजार में मिलावटी और अमानक खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री रोकने के लिए आयोजित किया गया।

The Food Safety Department of Rajasthan conducted statewide inspection drives during the Diwali festival.
During the operation, enforcement teams seized 3,133 kg of mustard oil and 209 kg of ghee.
The inspection drive was executed to prevent the sale of adulterated food products across the state.

अजमेर की हाई सिक्योरिटी जेल में बंद कैदी आरिफ ने सरदार वल्लभभाई पटेल की 9 फीट ऊंची प्रतिकृति तैयार की।
इस कलाकृति का प्रदर्शन राष्ट्रीय एकता दिवस के अवसर पर जेल परिसर में किया गया।
आयोजन के दौरान उच्च सुरक्षा जेल के बंदियों ने राष्ट्रीय एकता की शपथ भी ली।

Inmate Arif created a 9-foot tall replica of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel inside the High Security Jail in Ajmer.
The artwork was presented on the occasion of National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas).
During the event, inmates in the high-security facility also took an oath for national unity.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने सोमालिया में तीन दशकों के बाद अपने राजनीतिक मिशन को आधिकारिक रूप से समाप्त कर दिया है।
संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद द्वारा वर्ष 2013 में सोमाली अधिकारियों की सहायता के लिए UNSOM की स्थापना की गई थी।
इस मिशन का उद्देश्य दो दशकों से अधिक के संघर्ष के बाद देश में लोकतंत्र और कानून के शासन में परिवर्तन में सहयोग करना था।

The United Nations has officially ended its political mission in Somalia after three decades.
UNSOM was established by the UN Security Council in 2013 to support Somali authorities.
The mission aimed to assist the country's transition to democracy and rule of law after more than two decades of conflict.
