इस द्विपक्षीय अभ्यास का मुख्य उद्देश्य दोनों देशों की नौसेनाओं के बीच रणनीतिक समुद्री सहयोग और अंतर-संचालन क्षमता को मजबूत करना था।
यह अभ्यास क्षेत्रीय समुद्री सुरक्षा के प्रति भारत और सिंगापुर की निरंतर प्रतिबद्धता को रेखांकित करता है।

संस्कृति मंत्रालय ने भारत की पांडुलिपि विरासत के संरक्षण को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए बिब्लियोथेक नेशनेल डी फ्रांस के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए।
इस समझौते का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारत की प्राचीन पांडुलिपियों की देखरेख और संरक्षण व्यवस्था को मजबूत बनाना है।
यह समझौता ऐतिहासिक पांडुलिपियों के डिजिटलीकरण, जीर्णोद्धार और प्रबंधन में द्विपक्षीय सहयोग को बढ़ावा देगा।

उन्होंने शोधकर्ताओं से आह्वान किया कि वे वैज्ञानिक नवाचारों को प्रयोगशाला से जमीन तक ले जाएं ताकि समाज को मापने योग्य लाभ मिल सके।
प्रधानमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि भारत का लक्ष्य देश और दुनिया दोनों के लिए आधुनिक प्रौद्योगिकियों का विकास करना है।

ब्रिक्स (BRICS) संसदीय मंच ने एक संयुक्त घोषणापत्र जारी कर पश्चिम एशिया में जारी संघर्ष पर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त की।
घोषणापत्र में इज़राइल-फिलिस्तीन संघर्ष के 'दो-राज्य समाधान' का आह्वान किया गया और फिलिस्तीनी लोगों के आत्मनिर्णय एवं संप्रभुता के अधिकार का समर्थन किया गया।
इस संयुक्त घोषणा में पहलगाम आतंकवादी हमले की निंदा की गई और संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद (UNSC) में सुधारों की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया गया।

अत्यंत भीषण चक्रवाती तूफान 'अर्णव' (Arnab) ने 125-135 किमी/घंटे की हवा की गति के साथ आंध्र प्रदेश के नरसपुर तट पर लैंडफॉल प्रक्रिया शुरू की।
नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय और IMD ने तटीय जिलों में भारी बारिश और तेज हवाओं के बीच सुरक्षा और उड़ान परिचालन की समीक्षा की।
तटीय आंध्र प्रदेश और दक्षिणी ओडिशा में व्यापक स्तर पर लोगों को निकाला गया, साथ ही कई उड़ानों और ट्रेनों का परिचालन रद्द कर दिया गया।

अरुणांक परियोजना अरुणाचल प्रदेश के सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में सामरिक महत्व की सड़कों और बुनियादी ढांचे का निर्माण एवं रखरखाव करती है।
यह परियोजना पूर्वोत्तर के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में रक्षा तैयारियों को मजबूत करने और सामाजिक-आर्थिक कनेक्टिविटी बढ़ाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है।

Strict Emission and PUC Norms Enforced for Rajasthan Vehicles Entering Delhi

राजस्थान से दिल्ली प्रवेश करने वाले वाहनों के लिए 1 नवंबर से नए प्रवेश नियम प्रभावी होंगे।
दिल्ली जाने वाले वाहनों के लिए बीएस-VI उत्सर्जन मानकों का पालन करना और वैध पीयूसी (PUC) प्रमाण पत्र होना अनिवार्य किया गया है।
राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में वायु प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के उद्देश्य से नियमों का पालन न करने वाले वाहनों पर रोक लगाई जा रही है।

Entry restrictions on non-compliant vehicles traveling from Rajasthan into Delhi will come into force from November 1.
Vehicles entering Delhi must strictly comply with BS-VI emission standards and carry a valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.
The vehicle entry ban is aimed at curbing environmental pollution in the national capital region.

New Weekly Train Service Announced Between Santragachi and Khatipura Jaipur

भारतीय रेलवे ने सांतरागाछी और जयपुर के खातीपुरा स्टेशन के मध्य एक नई साप्ताहिक ट्रेन सेवा की घोषणा की है।
इस ट्रेन का संचालन सांतरागाछी से 4 नवंबर तथा खातीपुरा से 6 नवंबर से प्रारंभ होगा।
यह नई रेल सेवा पश्चिम बंगाल और राजस्थान के बीच रेल आवागमन और संपर्क को सुगम बनाएगी।

Train operations will commence from Santragachi on November 4 and from Khatipura on November 6.

यूएनएफसीसीसी की 2026 एनडीसी सिंथेसिस रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, वर्तमान जलवायु प्रतिज्ञाओं से 2035 तक वैश्विक उत्सर्जन में केवल 6% की ही कमी आएगी।
रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि सशर्त प्रतिज्ञाओं सहित पूर्ण कार्यान्वयन के बाद भी 2035 तक उत्सर्जन 2019 के स्तर से केवल 9% ही घट पाएगा।
रिपोर्ट में चेतावनी दी गई है कि जलवायु परिवर्तन से निपटने के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर तय की गई योजनाएं लक्ष्य से काफी पीछे हैं।

France Confirms First Ever Human Case of Shamonda Virus

फ्रांस के स्वास्थ्य और कृषि मंत्रालयों द्वारा जारी एक संयुक्त बयान के अनुसार, देश में शामोंडा वायरस का पहला मानव मामला सामने आया है।
फ्रांसीसी अधिकारियों ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इस संक्रमण के बावजूद सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए कोई खतरा नहीं है।
कई दशकों से अफ्रीका और एशिया में मौजूद होने के बावजूद, इंसानों में शामोंडा वायरस का संक्रमण पहले कभी दर्ज नहीं किया गया था।

France has reported its first-ever human case of the Shamonda virus, according to a joint statement by its Health and Agriculture Ministries.
French health authorities clarified that despite the detection, the virus poses no risk to public health.
Although the Shamonda virus has been circulating in Africa and Asia for several decades, it had never previously been detected in humans.
